Donna was fantastic every step of the way, and went way above and beyond to help us land the house we really wanted. We are out of state buyers, so we weren't the easiest of buyers to deal with. Donna was patient, dealing with the Zillow references we kept throwing at her from across the country, talking to us about the neighborhoods and their pluses and minuses, why homes cost more or less, and all that goes into buying a home. She made every step as easy as possible, even after the sale was done, helpfully sending us an email list of the various service/utility providers we would need to reach out to get everything hooked up. We categorically would not have been able to buy the house me and my whole family really ended up wanting without Donna's advice and assistance in negotiating with the seller and arranging financing. I met Donna when my family and I were looking for a house to rent in Brentwood. She was so attentive and helpful to me and my family that it really surprised me. Even with some limitations we had regarding our credit at the time Donna never put up any barriers she did her best so that we could find a place that was the best fit for us. When our time came to buy our first house we had no doubts: “We want Donna to help us with this mission!” And she successfully completed it! She had all the patience with me in my choices and priorities. I didn't feel her forcing me to anything the opposite of that she always made it clear that we should choose the house that really works for us!
